General Purchases: In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and undamaged in any way.
Custom Orders: Custom Orders are not eligible for return or refund. These items are one of a kind, and in most cases, the creation process consists of close contact with the customer from concept through completion. Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be cancelled via this website. Once purchased, a Subscription cannot be returned for refund, but the subscription can be terminated before the next scheduled month. (Example: If a subscription is purchased in January, then the January item will be shipped to the Customer. The Customer can cancel the subscription anytime before the February charge is processed, and they will not receive February's item or any subsequent items.)
After we receive your returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
